salt.  All processed foods lack magnesium and actually accelerates the depletion
of magnesium in your body.  No wonder you feel completely stressed out.  
Researchers have found that raising magnesium levels in your body can benefit
your health in the following ways:

Improve heart and circulatory health by reducing irregular heartbeats,

Use 2 cups of Epsom Salt per gallon of water to relieve sore muscles, bruising,

Skin Exfoliation:
Massage a handful of Epsom Salt over wet skin on any area to exfoliate an area
of your skin.  Rinse very with warm water.
